We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Controller to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial performance across multiple business units. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants real ownership, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the month-end close process and produce clean, accurate financials across multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated reports, dashboards , and insights for leadership.
• Dig into cost accounting —analyzing BOMs, inventory, variances, and helping operations improve margins.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making .
• Build efficient financial processes , optimize ERP systems (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.), and support scalable growth.
