• What You’ll Do
• Troubleshoot production Linux systems running telecom applications
• Diagnose SIP, VoIP, network, and OS-level issues
• Analyze Wireshark traces, SIP logs, and system logs
• Apply fixes, patches, and updates during maintenance windows
• Write Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for production changes
• Work directly with customer engineering teams on active issues
• Report bugs to development teams with detailed logs and traces
• Support platforms running in VMware environments
• Required Experience
• 5+ years supporting Linux systems (Red Hat preferred)
• Strong command-line Linux experience in production environments
• Solid networking fundamentals
• Hands-on SIP and VoIP troubleshooting experience
• Ability to explain and troubleshoot SIP call flows
• Experience analyzing packet captures using Wireshark
• Comfortable gathering and analyzing logs from Linux CLI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• VMware vSphere / ESXi
• Basic PHP
• Diameter protocol knowledge
• Basic Cisco IOS knowledge
