Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance  on pharmaceutical manufacturing and lab equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues  during overnight operations Support equipment reliability and uptime  in a cGMP-regulated, ISO-classified cleanroom environment Conduct repairs in aseptic cleanrooms  with strict adherence to GMP protocols Maintain and troubleshoot aseptic filling lines , including BTC (bottle tip cap), cartridge, and syringe systems Accurately document maintenance activities in CMMS Provide mechanical and electrical support for production systems and facility infrastructure

Required Experience

2–4+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems Experience with AC / DC electrical systems Ability to work independently overnight Comfortable working in a cGMP pharmaceutical or medical device environment

Preferred Experience

Autoclaves, steam systems, RO / WFI water systems, HVAC Hands-on experience with aseptic filling equipment (BTC, cartridge, syringe lines) Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
