Position Overview

In this role you will be a vital part of the production process ensuring that finished industrial conduit reels are properly finished labeled and prepared for shipment. This position is ideal for those who enjoy active hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour (Firm)

Shifts Available : 1st Shift & 3rd Shift (Fixed Schedules)

Location : Gainesville TX

Key Responsibilities

Finishing Tasks : Use specialized hand tools and measuring devices to cut tie off and cap product once reels are complete.

Equipment Operation : Safely operate pneumatic strapping tools chains slings hooks and microprocessor keyboards.

Quality & Documentation : Complete necessary paperwork for inventory tracking and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure product standards.

Safety : Maintain a clean workspace and strictly adhere to all industrial safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

Experience : 6 months of manufacturing or production experience is preferred.

Physical Ability : Must be able to stand for long periods bend twist reach and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment : Comfortable working in an industrial setting with exposure to seasonal heat and cold.

Reliability : This facility maintains a strict attendance policy during the probationary period.

Safety Gear : Steel-toe boots are required on Day 1. All other PPE will be provided.

Compliance : Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
