[job_card.job_description]Work in a Med / Surg Tele unit within a short-term acute care hospital Patient ratios are 1 : 5-6 Care provided may include behavioral health cases Night shift position with 3x12 hour shifts (19 : 00-07 : 00) Every other weekend is required Floating required between similar units and may include Betsy and Central Harnett locations Uses Epic EMR system First-time travelers are accepted Royal blue and white scrubs are required Return to work time off is at manager discretion Block scheduling requests are not accommodated Responsibilities include providing nursing care to Med / Surg Tele and behavioral health patients Travelers may be floated according to facility needs Active NC or compact RN license required at the time of submission Minimum of 2 years of recent Med / Surg Tele experience required Current BLS certification required Willingness and ability to float between facilities within scope Applicants must reside at least 50 miles from both Central Harnett and Betsy Johnson Pending licenses are not accepted Return staff must have been away for at least 1 year Maximum of 2 contract terms allowed before a 6 month break is required High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
