We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Crew Member at MetroLagoons, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every visitor enjoys a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment.

Upcoming Positions available :

  • Guest Arrivals Staff
  • Grounds Operations Staff
  • Bartenders
  • Barbacks
  • Cooks
  • Lifeguards (Paid Certification Training)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously. - Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the lagoon area, ensuring all facilities are kept in pristine condition. - Support in setting up and organizing events, activities, and promotions to enhance guest experiences. - Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests of all ages and backgrounds. - Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and fellow team members.

    • Qualifications :

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs. - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
