An Operator is a system expert in their assigned area and is highly functional in multiple areas. Operator must work safely at all times. They will ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and drive continuous improvement. Operator are responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. They need to be familiar with the manufacturing change-over process. Operator must be flexible and have the ability to operate other equipment in the facility as needed. This job requires strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills to support site objectives. Punctuality is a must.

Minimum Requirements :

• High School Diploma / GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills Preferably iPad
• Passion to work and learn in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to adapt to changing environment Resiliency
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
