Schedule : 4-week scheduling increments with self-scheduling options; minimum requirement of 4 weekend shifts per schedule period

Highlights :

• 31-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit with manageable nurse-to-patient ratios of 2 : 1, adjusting to 1 : 1 or 3 : 1 based on acuity
• Work with advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 monitoring systems
• Participate in high-acuity procedures such as central line insertions, arterial line placements, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions
• Meditech electronic medical record system
• Unit secretary support available during day shifts with occasional nurse extern assistance
• Professional dress code with navy scrubs provided
