Job Summary
The Information Item Operator is in charge of refining child assistance payments in the SDU (State Disbursement System) unit according to standard procedure. Moreover, the Information Item Driver will be responsible for various other responsibilities as appointed.
Responsibilities
- Refine child assistance payments in the SDU unit according to standard procedure.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Senior High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Personal location to work and broadband internet connection.

- Solid understanding of policies and procedures.
- Interpersonal skills with sensitivity, patience, and politeness.
- Ability to gather, investigate, organize, and analyze records.
- Capability to work as part of a team and independently on occasions.
