A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to support a variety of construction projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies
Negotiate contracts and maintain contractual records and documentation
Oversee project schedules, scope, cost, and ensure compliance with contract requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience in contract administration in a corporate environment
Design / Construction experience preferred, gained through work, internships, or cooperative education
Preferred certifications include Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), and / or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM)
Strong understanding of contracting processes and construction regulations
Ability to analyze and negotiate contract terms to ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies
