Nexeo HR is hiring a Quality Auditor / Quality Control Associate for a leading global logistics and supply chain organization. As a Quality Auditor, youll be responsible for inspecting products, verifying shipments, and documenting any discrepancies before final distribution. Youll work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure all processes meet company expectations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Visually verify that products match order documentation and system data before shipment.

Record, document, and report product defects or discrepancies accurately.

Assist in identifying and resolving quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Operate forklifts (sit-down or stand-up) and RF scanners safely and efficiently.

Support general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading when needed.

Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain product accuracy.

Label, weigh, and prepare products for shipment in compliance with warehouse procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies quickly.

Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in quality control, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.

Experience operating forklifts and using RF scanners required.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Ability to use computers and inventory systems for data entry and tracking.

Basic math skills and the ability to analyze product counts and measurements.

Must pass a 10-year national background check and 5-panel drug screening (including THC).

Physically able to lift up to 15 lbs and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$22.50 per hour

Schedule

A2 : TuesdayFriday, 6 : 00 PM5 : 00 AM ($21.50 / hr)

B1 : SaturdayMonday, 6 : 00 AM6 : 00 PM ($22.50 / hr)

B2 : SaturdayMonday, 6 : 00 PM6 : 00 AM ($22.50 / hr)
