Collections Analyst

A company is looking for a Collections Analyst to support its accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities

Request and pursue payment on delinquent accounts and send reminders for overdue invoices

Research customer payment discrepancies and maintain logs of payment promises

Generate monthly customer statements and assist with accounts receivable-related tasks

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

No prior collections experience required, but preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Self-motivated and able to handle confidential information

NetSuite experience preferred
