Job Description

Traveling throughout the southeast. Manages projects fully on-site. Coordinates internal teams. Communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors. Does not just manage people but works with them. Assists in hiring and mentoring new employees. Ensures safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site.

The Successful Applicant

At least 10+ years of experience. Experience running your own projects. Experience in Ground up Construction. Ground up work experience needed. Work with projects over $10M. Good with technology. Leadership.
