About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with talent4health to find a qualified OR RN in Illinois!

Position / Specialty : RN Operating Room

Shift : 5x8s, 230p-11p, No block scheduling

Call Requirements : One 12 hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday, 7A-7P or 7P-7A. There is no week-day call.

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month

RTO : 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.

Guaranteed Hours : 40

Years of experience REQ : Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in the OR

Required Experience : Level 1 Trauma Experience; RN must have strong scrub and circulate skills; Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery

Preferred Experience : Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart / Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric and Gynecology

Certs REQ : BLS

Locals accepted : Yes -locals preferred. Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
