What You Will Do :

• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Route, schedule, and communicate with technicians using scheduling software.
• Create detailed estimates for emergency service and repair work.
• Follow-up on all estimates sent to customers to closure.
• Source and secure parts for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency services.
• Review customer accounts for past due balances prior to scheduling work.
• Coordinate return of unused or defective parts.

What You Will Bring :

Salary Range : This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with a pay range of $21 / hr - $25 / hr. Rate paid will be dependent upon applicable experience.

Location : Ocean, NJ

Work Hours : Monday Friday, Rotating On-Call hours
