Hales AC is a fast-growing HVAC company serving the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area, and were looking for a Warehouse Assistant who thrives in a high-energy, hands-on role. This role is based out of our St Petersburg location at 4700 95th St N, St Petersburg.

If you're highly organized, comfortable with technology, and ready to be a key player in a growing team we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Manage Purchase Orders: Place, track, and receive inventory accurately and on time.
• Warranty & Returns: Process warranty parts, handle vendor returns, and secure credits efficiently.
• Vendor Relations: Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate for the best pricing and terms.
• Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, perform regular counts, and ensure accuracy at all times.
• Supplier Sourcing: Seek out new vendor options to improve pricing and product availability.
• Logistics: Coordinate daily order pickups/deliveries; assist with job site deliveries as needed.
• Physical Tasks: Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly; stay on your feet and active throughout the day.
• Technology Use: Utilize Excel and inventory management systems to track orders, parts, and materials.
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• HVAC experience preferred (not required but helpful)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Willing to work occasional extended hours when needed
