Entry level Client Service Representative

North Palm Beach brokerage firm is seeking an Entry level Client Service Representative to add to their dynamic team. This is an entry-level position and the successful candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, must have an analytical mindset and enjoy math/numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Entry level Client Service Representative:
• Assist with opening new accounts
• Review and process client documents and trade instructions
• Interface with Operations Dept. to ensure proper paperwork and clear instructions for accurate trade entry are available.
• Facilitate in buying and selling of deposits and withdrawals.
• Communicate & and support our Financial Advisors across the country.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (will be tested)
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn and adapt to change.
• Desire/ability to work successfully in a small team environment.
