Key Responsibilities
Engaging B2B prospects through high volumes of outbound calls to book appointments and drive sales
Consistently achieving performance KPIs, including phone time, dials, and sales volume
Following an established sales process while incorporating coaching and feedback from management
Required Qualifications
Resident in specified states with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet
Available to work a standard 40-hour schedule from 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. (EST) on weekdays
Energetic, resilient, and positive attitude with strong communication and persuasion skills
High integrity, work ethic, reliability, and self-discipline for independent remote work
Driven to exceed goals in a high-rejection, high-volume outbound sales environment
