Job Description

Supervise all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and change orders. Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and quality standards. Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and equipment as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have : proven experience in managing commercial construction projects; strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations; excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders; ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents; problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively; proficiency in project management software and tools; a detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
