Job Summary
Workforce Planning Contractor - Hybrid / Cambridge, MA
As a Workforce Planning Contractor, you will play a crucial role in aligning our strategic objectives with actionable forecasts and capacity planning. Your responsibilities will include creating both long-term and short-term workforce plans that cover productivity, adherence, and capacity forecasts. You will work closely with business partners to ensure that our forecasts are in line with company goals and provide leadership with contingency plans and scenario analyses.
In this role, you will support the entire organization by collaborating with finance on budget preparation and analysis. Your focus will be on workforce planning, headcount modeling, and scenario development to help drive strategic decisions and ensure our workforce meets current and future needs.
