How You Will Make an Impact:

Open Positions:

This position carries a caseload of 20 PHP/IOP patients. A Program therapist will run group therapy for 20 hours per week and meet individually with clients on their caseload. Individual meetings with patients will take place for various reasons, including treatment planning, aftercare planning, and crisis intervention.

This is a full-time salaried position, Monday – Friday.

The range displayed on each job reflects the base rate of pay and minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Education: a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent is required.

Experience: Preferred: 1+ years in behavioral health. Experience in group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.

Licensure: Clinical licensure (, LCSW, LMFT) is not required, but a Master’s Degree (as described above) is

Additional Requirements: CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
