JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking to hire a LVN / LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Crisis Stabilization Unit and residential program supporting youthh in crisis. Key Responsibilities include : - Work closely with RN Supervisor to deliver high quality care. - Provide direct support and supervision to youthh in crisis stabilization and residential settings. - Administer medications and monitor for side effects. - Address medical, physical and dental needs; complete intake screenings. - Support behavioral health plans and wellness initiatives. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with health and safety standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- LVN or LPN license OR Psychiatric Technician certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
2 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting.
