Job Summary:
As a Store Compliance Contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client stores adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. This temporary contract position will involve conducting regular audits, inspections, and monitoring activities at various store locations to identify any areas of non-compliance. Your findings will be documented and reported to the appropriate stakeholders, allowing our clients to take corrective action and maintain their operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site audits and inspections at assigned store locations
- Monitor store operations and activities to verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Document all findings and observations in detailed reports
- Communicate any issues or concerns to store management and the compliance team
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and corrective actions
- Collaborate with the compliance team to develop and implement new compliance initiatives

Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:
This position will require regular travel to various store locations within the region. The work environment will primarily be in a retail setting, with potential exposure to physical demands such as standing, walking, and light lifting. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate store operating hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a temporary contract position with a target pay rate of $18 per hour plus mileage.
