Position Overview:
As a Barista, you will be delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly service, product knowledge, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for preparing and serving espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace that reflects our brand standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating moments of genuine connection with every guest.
You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment for both guests and team members. This position requires multitasking skills, consistency, and a positive, hospitality-driven attitude.
