Linux & Windows Systems Administrator

A large Beverage company in Corona , CA is hiring a System Administrator II —the highest technical support layer for their global IT infrastructure. This role is a direct permanent hire and is a great long term Hybrid Remote opportunity!

Job Description :

• Provide operational support for 600 Windows Servers (Windows Server 2016 and newer) and 120 SUSE Linux servers (SLES 12 and SLES 15), including patching, performance monitoring, and ensuring service availability.
• Manage and upgrade VMware VCenter (v7+) and 40+ ESXi hosts.
• Administer Omnissa Horizon VDI pools and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
• Handle Tier 3 escalations and resolve complex incidents and requests.
• Perform root-cause analysis and service restoration using tools for backup, restore, failover, log interpretation, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for system administration tasks to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Manage and upgrade Dell EMC Unity storage arrays.
• Collaborate with development, security, and project teams to implement new systems and services.
• Create automation scripts and processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
