Our tools and training help you focus on what matters most—caring for seniors.\n\n24/7 support from our experienced office team\n\nIndustry-leading caregiver technology and scheduling tools\n\nWeekly pay and benefits for eligible employees\n\nOpportunities to learn and grow in your role\n\nJoin a company that supports you while you support others.\n\nOpen Visit Schedules\nChapel Hill – weekday and weekend, morning, afternoon and evening; Monday/Thursday/Friday evening; Tuesday/Wednesday overnight\n\nDurham – weekday and Sunday; morning, afternoon, and evening\n\nFearrington – weekday and Saturday; late morning and afternoon\n\nPittsboro – weekday and weekend; morning and evening; Monday/Friday and Sunday; Afternoon\n\nHillsborough – weekday, morning and afternoon\n\nNorth Raleigh – weekday and weekend; morning and afternoon\n\nWake Forest – weekday and Saturday; morning\n\nCary / Apex – weekday and weekend; late morning and afternoon\n\nSouth Raleigh Suburbs – weekday afternoons; weekday and weekend morning\n\nWhat you’ll get as a caregiver\n$14.50–$16.50/hr – weekly pay & direct deposit\n\n$700 caregiver referral program\n\nSick leave accrual opportunities and paid training\n\nPaid holidays at 1.5x your rate\n\nMedical/Dental/Vision benefits, based on eligibility\n\n401k matching, based on eligibility\n\nMileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits)\n\nOpportunity for continuous learning\n\nWhat you’ll do as a caregiver\nFoster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.\n\nAssist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.\n\nProvide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.\n\nWe’ve got you covered\nFast job placement for qualified candidates.\n\nDedicated support from our passionate team, available 24/7.\n\nLeverage our industry-leading mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.\n\nHave reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required).\n\nMinimum of two professional references.\n\nWilling and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.\n\nHave basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).\n\nComplete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
