Desktop Publisher

A company is looking for a Desktop Publisher to support high volume, client-driven production work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Intake client requests and enter jobs into the proprietary workflow tracking system

Work within established templates to produce pitchbooks and Public Information Books (PIBs)

Proofread all deliverables to ensure accuracy and full completion of client requests

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience as a Desktop Operator or Presentation Specialist within an investment bank or law firm

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word

Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, and CorelDraw or Illustrator preferred

Highly detail-oriented and self-directed with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines

Willingness and ability to learn new tools, skills, and processes
