Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager II to oversee multiple construction projects from inception to closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget

Maintain site status reports, contracts, and compliance with safety regulations

Develop project plans, budgets, and build relationships with stakeholders including customers and subcontractors

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred

3-5 years of Project Management experience in construction or site development

Prior experience managing construction projects and subcontractors strongly preferred

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Ability to meet physical demands and work in an office environment
