We are hiring for per diem, as needed Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to serve our patients in the Secacus area!
Under the direction and supervision of the Home Care Coordinator/ Registered Nurse, assists participants in the home with duties essential to the patient’s health in accordance with the patient’s individualized care plan.

Minimum of 1 year working as a CHHA with the frail or elderly
Medical Clearance:
Employees must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
