Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a high-performing trauma team at a State Level 1 and ACS Level 2 Trauma Center located in vibrant Tucson, Arizona. Position Highlights:

• Work 183 shifts annually (24-hour shifts) — excellent schedule flexibility
• Collaborate with a full-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
• Shifts are structured in 4 to 7-day blocks to promote continuity and recovery
• 24/7 APP coverage ensures efficient workflows and support
• Provide Orthopedic Trauma and Acute Care Surgery services

Qualifications:

• Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
• Pelvic and acetabular trauma experience required
• BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery with a focus in Trauma
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
