Hospice : RN Visit Nurse (PRN)

Description

The Hospice RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education / experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position : RN Visit Nurse for Hospice

Hourly Range : $36.00 - $44.00 hourly, depending on experience

Service Area : Minneapolis / St. Paul and surrounding cities (plus mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile)

Schedule : PRN
