Role Overview

Job Title : Technical Program Manager II

Location : Menlo Park, CA

Duration : 6 Months

Team : Technical Integration Acceleration (TIA)

Focus : Client Advertising API integration, product enhancement, and data-driven program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute technical programs to accelerate API adoption and integration across Signals products.
  • Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot major integration issues.
  • Guide clients to effectively use Clients advertising APIs to improve performance.
  • Build analytic notebooks using SQL and create dashboards for product & partner reporting.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Partnerships, Engineering, Ops) to identify trends, solve problems, and influence product evolution.
  • Serve as a two-way consultant - advocate for both Meta and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Required :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

  • Strong experience with SQL , building dashboards, API troubleshooting, and program management.
  • Preferred :
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.

  • PMP or PMI certification.
  • Experience in online advertising or ad tech.
  • Top Must-Have Skills

  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and dashboard development.
  • API integration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Technical program management - managing multiple streams and driving partner / API adoption.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Background in ad tech or online advertising industries.
