The Role

As a Sales Representative , you'll work directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy-saving solutions. This is a field-based role where you manage your own territory, schedule, and pipeline.

You'll be responsible for creating conversations, delivering in-home presentations, and closing deals using a proven sales process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
• Educate homeowners on solar energy and cost-saving options
• Deliver tailored in-home consultations and presentations
• Build and manage a local book of business
• Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
