Responsibilities

• Assist with customer outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up communications
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Generate leads through prospecting efforts such as networking, referrals, cold calling, or community events
• Assist with policy administration by managing applications, quotes, billing, and other related administrative tasks
• Regularly communicate progress, performance results, and client engagement activities
• Maintain the agencys strong reputation by acting in a professional, ethical, and customer-centered manner
