Documentation Control Specialist

We are seeking a Documentation Control Specialist to assist with Document Change Requests (DCR) and Quality Management System (QMS) functions. You will work closely with engineers to ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Document Change Requests (DCR) and deviations.
• Review and process change requests for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
• Work within QMS systems to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Document Change Requests (DCR).
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling manual processes effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software (e.g., Grand Avenue).
• Prior experience in a similar role within a regulated industry is a plus.

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite for 40 hours a week. The role involves a strong focus on change requests and detailed documentation work. Training will be provided for the specific software used (Grand Avenue).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
