Locums Inpatient Child / Adolescent Psychiatrist needed in Cowlitz County, WA 1 week per month Location : South Washington, Cowlitz County, 120 miles south of Seattle, 45 miles north of Portland, OR Setting : Clinic & Inpatient, Primarily Child / Adolescent, but Call could include adult inpatient Schedule :

  • M-F 8 : 30a-5 : 30p; One week (7 consecutive days) per month
  • Call is 5 : 30p-8 : 30a on weeknights; Call is by phone and generally very light
  • Weekend call is 24 hrs Friday night to Monday morning and includes rounding; Weekend call is primarily adult and 1 : 4 ratio

Patients : Wide range of BH conditions, ages 7-21; rarely younger than 7 Patients per day : 12-14 EMR : Epic (proficiency preferred) Requirements :

  • Board Certified Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent)
  • Residency / Fellowship
  • Active, unrestricted WA license
  • Clean DEA (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts)
  • COVID Vaccines REQUIRED

    • Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days from date that app is submitted Travel & Housing provided Malpractice Insurance Provided
