Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a SQL Data Conversion Analyst - Infor / Lawson to Workday . This is a 3 month plus remote contract role.

The purpose of this position is to support the migration of enterprise data from Infor / Lawson systems into the Workday platform. The SQL Data Conversion Analyst will be responsible for legacy data analysis, extraction, transformation, mapping, load preparation, and validation across multiple HR, Payroll, or Financial modules. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and readiness throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 7+ years of experience in data conversion, data analysis, or ETL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience working with Infor / Lawson data models across HR, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Workday data conversion processes (EIBs, Core Connectors, templates).
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate business rules into mapping logic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $50-$75 / hr depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
