Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and development of assigned projects

Coordinate with Product and Project Managers to ensure timely project completion

Monitor team capacity and assist in the hiring process for qualified candidates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in software development or engineering

Experience leading engineering teams

Expertise with Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure

Experience with API development and Azure DevOps best practices
