We are seeking a friendly and skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our beautiful Orthodontic practice in Springfield, PA .

Practice Location : Anthony L. Cook DMD - 135 S State Rd, Springfield, PA 19064 (Springfield Shopping Center)

Schedule :

Mon, Wed & Thu 8am-6pm

Tuesday 10am-7 : 30pm

Open to part-time options as well for the right fit.

Compensation and Benefits :

$21–$25 / hour

Health insurance (partially paid by employer), 401k, paid holidays, 3 sick days, vacation time (1- 4 weeks depending on the employment duration)

Prior experience as an Orthodontic Assistant is required for the position.

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will be responsible to :

Assist the Orthodontist chairside.

Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.

Take dental radiographs (X-rays).

Changing wires and brackets.

Taking and pouring impressions.

Adjusting retainer fit.

Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.

Prepare patients for exams and treatment and provide patient education.

Perform various office tasks as necessary.

Maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards
