Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Estimator to join our preconstruction team in our Wildomar office. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of preparing and leading successful hard bids and a deep understanding of California’s subcontractor market. This is an in-person role for a highly motivated individual ready to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of bid documents, including drawings, specifications, soils reports, and front-end documents.
• Lead hard bids valued from $10 million to $100 million.
• Perform detailed scoping and subcontractor buyout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors across:
  • San Diego
  • Los Angeles
  • Inland Empire
  • Central Valley
  • Santa Barbara
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to develop competitive, high-quality proposals.
• Ensure all cost estimates are accurate, complete, and in-line with project goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in preconstruction with a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale hard bids.
• In-depth knowledge of the California subcontractor market.
• Strong technical understanding of construction means, methods, and materials.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Resides in the Temecula Valley or within approximately one hour of our Wildomar office.
