Early Childhood Program Assistant

Qualifications / Experience :

High School Diploma / GED required.

Successful Background Check required.

Experience with young children preferred.

Ability to lift up 10 lbs on a regular basis with up to 50 pounds on occasion

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Needed :

General knowledge of practices methods and techniques used in early childhood classroom teaching. Ability to work effectively with parents and teachers. Ability to work as part of a team. Passion for working with children.

Specific Tasks :

Provide support by assisting with daily teaching and functions of the classroom. Facilitate play with young children. Assist with room set up / clean up preparing of classroom materials and daily schedule. Other duties as assigned by classroom teacher or Coordinator. Hours Per Day :

Mon / Wed / Fri 7 : 15 AM - 2 : 45 PM.
