Inventory Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Clerk to efficiently manage inventory levels in our warehouse. This role is integral to maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels in the warehouse.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and correct root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and rack locations, document, and report findings.
• Operate turret trucks, sit-down lifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist warehouse members in locating and identifying parts.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of experience in forklift operation.
• 6+ months of experience in warehouse environments.
• 6+ months of experience with cycle counts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong inventory control and management skills.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills.
• Experience in material handling and labeling.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and friendly demeanor.
• Coachable and open to feedback.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, bright, and well-lit shop environment. Choose from multiple shifts including 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), and Sunday 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am). There is occasional voluntary overtime available on Saturdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
