We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making meaningful change in the lives of children and families. If you’re seeking flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team — this could be the right fit for you.
Compensation
$70–$90 per hour (based on experience)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress
Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism
