Job Summary :

The Program Navigator supports the Good Beginnings Home Visiting Program by coordinating and delivering essential family resources and promoting healthy, affordable meals through family group engagement. This role also includes key logistical and planning duties, working closely with home visitors and community partners to meet families' basic needs in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive manner through the process of referral follow-up and connections.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• The activities of the Program Support Specialist include :

Planning, organization, and delivery of diapers for all our families monthly, in collaboration with Family Support Specialists.
