Nurtury is seeking a Family Partner to connect families with resources, support their engagement, and strengthen the family component of our Early Learning Centers. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for families, coordinate with community partners, and help families navigate early education, health, and social services.

What You'll Do :

• Support families with enrollment, health, and early learning needs
• Track attendance, goals, and progress in our systems
• Provide one-on-one guidance and facilitate parent programs
• Connect families with community resources and referrals
• Collaborate with educators and represent Nurtury in the community
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
