Client is seeking a skilled Regional Field Service Engineer to support commercial laundry customers throughout California. This field-based role focuses on providing expert service, installation, commissioning, and technical support for advanced commercial laundry and automation equipment. This position combines hands-on mechanical and electrical work with customer-facing responsibilities and is ideal for technicians who enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and traveling to customer sites. Responsibilities Perform service, maintenance, and repair on commercial laundry and automated equipment Install, commission, and optimize new machinery at customer locations Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers across the region Support sales efforts by identifying service opportunities and customer needs Document all service activities, maintenance work, and customer interactions accurately and on time Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction Required Skills & Experience Prior experience with commercial laundry equipment required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience diagnosing issues related to: Electrical systems Hydraulics Pneumatics Automated equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment Willingness to travel extensively throughout California and surrounding areas Valid U.S. Driver s license and passport (or ability to obtain one) Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $30 $36, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off and holidays Tuition reimbursement Professional development assistance Company service vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and travel per diem Paid training on advanced commercial laundry and automation systems Work Environment Field-based role with frequent travel Fast-paced, hands-on technical work in commercial laundry facilities Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
