S upervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and client facility management.

• Train and supervise staff on:

• Emergency response procedures

• Evacuation protocols

• Hazmat guidelines

• Fire safety measures

• Injury and incident reporting processes

• Ensure full compliance with Metro One’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards .

• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.

• Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely , professional manner.

• Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness .

• Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles , ensuring proper use and maintenance.

• Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.

• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required .

• Background in security or safety operations within logistics , fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.

• Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required .

• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training .

• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.
