Express Employment Professionals - Reno is recruiting for a Yard Production Associate to support one of our client's tow yard operations. This is a 90% outdoor position, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and being outside rather than behind a desk.

Yard Production Associate - Outdoor Work | $18/hr
Express Employment Professionals - Reno is recruiting for a Yard Production Associate to support one of our client's tow yard operations. This is a 90% outdoor position, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and being outside rather than behind a desk.
What You'll Do:
- Manage daily yard operations at a tow yard
- Operate a forklift (training available if needed)
- Drive vehicles through auto auctions
- Detail and clean vehicles
- Assist with general yard organization and upkeep
- $18/hour
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- One Sunday per month (overtime) supporting auction operations
- Client owns multiple properties
- Strong opportunity for growth and advancement
- Stable, long-term work with a well-established company
- Interview requested by the client for qualified, interested candidates
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
- Forklift experience and vehicle handling are a plus
- Enjoys physical, active work
