A company is looking for a Director, Quality Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate on NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS performance
Oversee quality improvement for risk adjustment processes across all products
Present improvement results and performance measures to senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations
Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred
Expertise in STARS / HEDIS measures and accreditation processes
Advanced skills in quality improvement data analytics and reporting
