Job Title : Locum Tenens - OB / GYN Physician

Position Overview : Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a OB / GYN Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of July 2025. The role involves scheduled clinical hours only, seeing an average of fifteen (15) patients per shift in an inpatient setting. Come join us in providing quality care to our community!

Requirements

• MD / DO Degree
• Board Eligible
• Licensed in Indiana State or IMLC
• BLS Certification Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
• Resident or Teaching Supervision Required
• Cerner Preferred
